1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

• You must not be depositing funds that originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or any unlawful source. All funds must be your own legally obtained personal funds.

gbd55 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by gbd55 may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3Account Registration and Security

Each individual may register one account on gbd55. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. gbd55 may close accounts where materially false registration information is discovered.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. gbd55 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to protect your credentials.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact gbd55 support at [email protected] immediately. gbd55 may freeze the account pending investigation upon receiving such a report.
• gbd55 prohibits the operation of multiple accounts by the same individual. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gbd55 reserves the right to merge the accounts, close the duplicate, and transfer or forfeit any associated balances at its sole discretion.

gbd55 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account for any applicant or close any existing account, provided that any confirmed balance held at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method where this is technically feasible.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

gbd55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods serving Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other supported channels. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and the return of the deposited funds.

• gbd55 may delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending KYC verification or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, gbd55 will notify the account holder of the reason for the delay where it is lawful to do so.

All transactions on gbd55 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gbd55 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. All financial records are maintained in BDT and all transaction confirmations are issued in BDT.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

gbd55 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion details before the bonus is accepted. gbd55 does not retroactively apply new wagering conditions to bonuses already accepted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process. Bonus funds may not be used to meet minimum balance thresholds required for certain promotions unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

6Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on gbd55 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or crash games. The following general betting conditions apply across all product verticals:

• Bets may only be placed using funds available in your gbd55 wallet. Bets placed on credit or using funds that are the subject of a pending deposit that has not yet settled into the wallet are void.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended. It is the player's responsibility to review the bet details — stake, selection, and odds — before confirming. gbd55 is not liable for bets placed in error by the user.

7Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or bypass any security or verification measure.

• Registering an account or placing bets on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor access to your account under any circumstances.

gbd55 employs ongoing monitoring of account activity and reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. Users found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all rights to any balance held in the account at the time of investigation.

8Account Suspension and Closure

gbd55 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion. In addition to the grounds for closure outlined elsewhere in these Terms, the following circumstances may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Extended account inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. gbd55 will attempt to notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy procedure.
• A request by the account holder to close their own account. Users wishing to close their account may do so via account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining confirmed balance will be returned via the last used withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
• A finding by gbd55 that the account was opened or used in breach of these Terms, including the provision of false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in any prohibited conduct described in Section 7 of these Terms.

9Responsible Gaming

Deposit limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour delay to ensure the change is considered and not impulsive.

11Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to the gbd55 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, written content, graphics, and data compilations — are owned by or licensed to gbd55. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content or materials from the Platform without the prior written consent of gbd55.

12Amendments to These Terms

gbd55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. 13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
